The framework Luke and Jacob Stringa co-developed and the institute is built around. The 4 Pillars, the 12 Foundations, and how six modalities integrate into one coherent way of working with clients.
Most practitioner schools teach one modality and treat it as the answer. The Quantum Key Method does something structurally different: it's the framework that integrates multiple modalities into one coherent approach to working with clients.
The QKM was co-developed by Luke Stringa and Jacob Stringa over years of working with their own clients. Not invented in a strategy session — refined session by session until a coherent framework emerged.
The four dimensions every QKM session works across. Each is its own discipline. Together they make a practitioner who can meet a client wherever the work actually lives.
Consciousness, identity, beliefs, values, the architecture of thought. The level a client lives at — and the ceiling on what they can build.
Modalities: Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Neuroscience
Somatic intelligence, the nervous system, embodied trauma, the body's wisdom. Where the pattern is held and where it has to be met.
Modalities: Breathwork, Somatic Intelligence, Meditation
Energy centres, vibration, the unseen field around and within the client. Often where the practitioner reads what isn't being said.
Modalities: Energy Healing, Quantum Physics, Universal Laws
The dimension beyond personality — meaning, purpose, identity at the level that doesn't depend on circumstances. Where transformation lasts.
Modalities: Meditation, Levels of Consciousness, the QKM itself
The six certifications at QKI sit on top of 12 supporting frameworks. The Foundations cover the science, the philosophy, and the practitioner craft that hold the modality work together.
The level a client lives at — the way they perceive themselves, the world, and what's available to them — sets the ceiling on what they can build. Identity work is upstream of behaviour change.
By the time a client can articulate what's wrong, the body has been holding it for months or years. Talk-based work asks the mind to lead. The QKM works with the body's signal first and lets the mind catch up.
Breathwork isn't a worldview. Hypnotherapy isn't a worldview. They're tools. The QKM picks the right instrument for the moment rather than insisting one approach is the answer for everything.
A pattern held at the nervous system level needs nervous system work. A belief held subconsciously needs subconscious work. A grief held in the body needs somatic release. Reading where a pattern lives is half the work.
The full method — including all 4 Pillars, all 12 Foundations, and the integration across the six modalities — is taught across the four programs at Quantum Key Institute.
